Higher Ground Counseling is a thriving organization serving the communities of Chico, Redding, and Mt. Shasta. We focus on trauma therapy, family counseling, marriage counseling, and supporting individuals of all ages through a Christian perspective. Our work incorporates a range of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, REBT, Logotherapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Emotionally Healthy Spirituality.
